Welcome to Nedietech! By accessing or using our website or app (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Nedietech provides a digital lifestyle tracking tool to log meals and daily habits, and a platform for professionals to support clients. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 16 or older to use the Services.
  • Professionals must be qualified and legally authorized to provide nutrition, wellness, or coaching services in their country.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Services, you agree:

  • To log meals, reflections, and lifestyle habits only.
  • Not to upload medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, or sensitive personal information.
  • To use the app respectfully and not upload offensive content.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Some features require a paid subscription.
  • Fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Prices may be updated with prior notice.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Nedietech is a lifestyle tool, not a medical service.
  • We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Professionals using the platform are fully responsible for their own advice.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nedietech is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the Services.

7. Termination

  • You may stop using the Services at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

9. Account Inactivity and Data Retention

If you do not log in or use your account for 12 consecutive months, your account may be considered inactive. Inactive accounts may be deleted or anonymized after prior notice.

Financial and transactional data will be retained for up to seven (7) years as required by Dutch tax laws, even if your account is deleted.
