Nedietech provides a digital lifestyle tracking tool to log meals and daily habits, and a platform for professionals to support clients. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • You must be 16 or older to use the Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Professionals must be qualified and legally authorized to provide nutrition, wellness, or coaching services in their country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    • You are responsible for maintaining account security.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You must provide accurate information during registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You are responsible for activity under your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      4. Acceptable Use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      When using the Services, you agree:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • To log meals, reflections, and lifestyle habits only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Not<\/strong> to upload medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, or sensitive personal information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • To use the app respectfully and not upload offensive content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        5. Subscriptions & Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Some features require a paid subscription.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

          • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nedietech is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the Services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            7. Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              9. Account Inactivity and Data Retention<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              If you do not log in or use your account for 12 consecutive months, your account may be considered inactive. Inactive accounts may be deleted or anonymized after prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Financial and transactional data will be retained for up to seven (7) years as required by Dutch tax laws, even if your account is deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
